Below are a variety of forms that facilitate registration and checkout at the Marion Campus Library.
The Faculty/Staff/Student Registration Form is for members of the Marion Campus whose records are not currently in the library's circulation system. Normally the records are downloaded at the beginning of each semester, and it is not necessary for faculty, staff, or students to fill out any forms for library access. However, glitches can occur in the system, so ask at the circulation desk to make sure that your record is in the system.
The Courtesy Card Form is for the visiting public who wish to check out books from the Marion Campus Library. This card is valid ONLY for books located in the library. Books cannot be requested from other members of the University Libraries system or OhioLINK.
The Alumni Registration Form is for registered Ohio State Alumni Association members who wish to continue to use the Ohio State Libraries.
